and here is my story…
I transform my clients lives by helping them create systems and processes to free up their time and minimize the overwhelm in their business.
We are the calmer of chaos, the clarity through the fog, the effective in the mess. We leave a business better than we found it, with a proven structure for how it runs and with things in place for the future. It’s not just about today, it’s about 1, 3, or 5 years from now.
Tech-enabled? Well yes. As a Xenial, I am not only have the work-ethic of the Xers, but technology and what it can do for us has always been a part of who I am. When I was in second grade, you could find me programming on our green-screen compaq computer from 3-2-1 Contact Magazine before the Muppet Show came on TV. (Oh, those were the days).
We get Tech, but what we love is making tech work FOR you and your business, not in spite of you.

I’m Ana, at Ana’s Simple Solutions. I am a data-driven, tech-savvy process geek who thinks in lego blocks and dominoes. I am a mom of 2 not-so-little anymore boys (8 and 5) wife of a husband who cooks and does laundry (WINNING) and lover of the outdoors, running and camping.
More officially I am an Operations Strategist a VerifiedClickUp consultant and Airtable expert. (Though nerdy-ops-clickup-camping-running-mom-and-wife more suits my personality)

My mission is to help you create a system and process framework that changes the way you do business.
With my background in Operations and Education and expertise in Project and Data Management, I have seen the gamut of Agencies from small to large grow under solid strategy, systems with the project management and communication as the piece the holds it all together.
But Ana, I hate that stuff! You say. No worries, strategic operations is my thing. I dream of creating efficiencies and making you more effective. You be the dreamer and the visionary, I can make it come to life.
I have worked in the corporate world up until June of 2019 when I decided to take all that project management and tech experience with a good dash of training and share what I learned with those that need it most. I haven’t looked back since.

Some fun tidbits about me:
- I have learned and played 6 instruments in my life, but the only two I still play is piano and sing.
- I am a minimalist wannabe. I love having only the essentials, clearing out the clutter but find it a bit more difficult to do that with 2 kids who love pokemon and all things lego.
- I love English wit and pithy comments.
- I love the outdoors and camping, in fact we JUST bought our first “new to us” camper this summer.
- My husband is sometimes the 1 single reason I smile every day. When the world throws chaos and upheaval my way, he can still make me laugh.
- I had Guillian-Barre when I was 25, when I recovered 6 months later I was a changed person, inside and out.
- My favorite season is fall, which is a large reason why I live in Illinois, and probably will never move from the midwest.
- I have been an on and off runner my entire life, one of my goals is to run a half-marathon at Disney, I’m thinking 2025!
- If you want to get on my good side, buy me dark chocolate.
- I love the beach and the mountains, but I would pick a cabin in the mountains over almost anything else.
